I will be filming on a shoulder rig / handheld, as well as on public places, therefore I do not need any particular permission from anywhere as I will not be putting any equipment down. The important thing when filming in public on free hand without any permissions is to take other people into consideration. Not film any faces without consesnt, be careful not to get childeren in frame - if so then it is important with parents premission. Let people know what it is you are doing, by either putting up signs or telling them, as well as it is important not to stall or prevent the public from functioning as normal.
